Haitian pull rod digital flexible production line is associated with nearly 100 specifications of parts. In response to it, two parts of automation, machining truss automation and automatic sorting line side warehouse are planned. The whole production line can produce a variety of workpieces at the same time. The order is first analyzed through the production line management and control system. On this basis, the parts are screened and grabbed by the automatic sorting line side library and conveyed to the machining automation area. And then, the parts are automatically placed by the machining truss into the machine tool for processing. Besides, the processed parts can also be classified and palletized according to the types and specifications with the help of the automatic parts sorting line side library. The AGV can automatically convey the whole frame of parts by the scheduling of the control system, greatly solving the difficulty of customers with multiple varieties and small quantities.
